Returns are to be made through the point of purchase. If you bought an item through a dealer, please make your return through that dealer, per their return policy.
, we accept returns of items in original condition (with original packaging) within 30 days. Products that have been modified, misassembled, or used in a manner that contradicts the product instructions are not eligible for return.
New holsters, like new boots and new glasses, can take a little getting used to. We highly recommend spending a few consecutive days with your new holster before making a final decision on whether or not it’s comfortable. Use the instruction videos and educational content to make the various adjustments necessary to achieve the maximum comfort and concealment available. Please email prior to initiating a return as 99% of all comfort and concealment issue are resolved with a little personal attention and advice.
If your item is incorrect or damaged, PHLster will provide a return shipping label free of charge. If the return is due to user preference or user error (for example, you ordered the wrong thing or you just don’t like it), then you are responsible for return shipping.
In the event of a return, your refund will be processed electronically. Please allow several days for the refund transaction to process through the various banking and credit card systems.
Returns made without prior return authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
As mentioned above, we accept returns of items in LIKE NEW condition. Items which arrive back to us which are cut, altered, damaged, or missing parts are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 30%. This amount may increase in proportion to the damage to the item or the number of components missing, which require us to refurbish or discard the item.
Do not make any permanent alterations to your gear prior to the end of the 30 day return window and keep all parts and pieces in a safe place, if you’re unsure about keeping the item.
