The PHLster Pro Holster is a contoured comfort IWB holster with built-in ergonomic wedging, extended muzzle length, and fully rounded surfaces. Designed to address the most common pain points of appendix carry — especially during extended seated wear — the Pro blends the shape of the gun into an organic form that reduces hotspots and distributes pressure across a larger surface area. It works equally well for appendix carry and strong-side hip carry.

Body-Centric Design: The built-in wedge on both sides of the holster angles the grip into the body and the muzzle away, eliminating the most common causes of discomfort during extended wear. The fully rounded muzzle end improves comfort during long periods of driving or sitting. The smooth, contoured surface also provides an ideal mounting surface for additional aftermarket foam wedges if you want further customization.

Extended Muzzle Length: The Pro is intentionally longer and wider than the muzzle of most guns it fits. Like the keel on a boat, the extra length helps balance top-heavy short-muzzle pistols, making them more comfortable and easier to conceal. This is especially helpful if you carry appendix and have a bit of a belly, which tends to push the grip out and make the muzzle dig in. The open, rounded muzzle end also accommodates threaded barrels, compensators, and other muzzle devices without modification.

Adjustable Fit: Comes with a pair of adjustable IWB soft loops and an adjustable ModWing to reduce printing. The ModWing uses belt pressure to push the pistol grip inward, and includes both short and tall inserts so you can control the amount of leverage. Ten mounting points allow fine-tuning of ride height, cant angle, and hardware position.

Fully Ambidextrous: The symmetrical design can be flipped for either right-hand or left-hand carry. All hardware mounting points are mirrored on both sides.

Accessory Compatible: Accommodates slide-mounted optics, suppressor height sights, threaded barrels, and muzzle devices. Accepts virtually any IWB holster hardware on the market, including DCC Monoblock clips, DCC Mod4 clips, and Griphook clips.

Enigma Compatible: The Pro Holster is fully compatible with the Enigma OS Standard chassis for beltless concealed carry. If you want to carry without a belt, the Enigma OS Standard + Pro Holster combination gives you the comfort benefits of the Pro’s built-in wedge with the versatility of the Enigma system.

What’s Included:

  • PHLster Pro Holster (formed for your selected firearm)
  • Adjustable IWB soft loops (pair)
  • ModWing with short and tall inserts
  • Mounting hardware

Not sure which PHLster holster is right for you? The Pro Holster prioritizes comfort and concealment with its built-in wedge and extended muzzle length. If you prefer a more minimalist, lower-profile design, check out the Skeleton Holster. For guns with weapon-mounted lights, see the Floodlight2.

For additional comfort, add a Wedge Rx pad to further customize pressure distribution and concealment angle for your specific body shape.

Important: Please Read Before Ordering

The PHLster Pro Holster is precision-formed for specific firearm models. Select your exact model from the dropdown menu when ordering. The holster may be longer and wider than the muzzle of your gun — this is intentional and aids in concealment and comfort for most body types.

Compatible fits are strictly limited to the models listed below. If your gun is not listed, it is not compatible.

Glock 9mm/.40

  • Glock 26
  • Glock 27 (Gen 1–4 only)
  • Glock 19 / 19X
  • Glock 23 (Gen 1–4 only)

  • Glock 22 (Gen 1–4 only)
  • Glock 31 (Gen 1–4 only)
  • Glock 34
  • Glock 35 (Gen 1–4 only)

Gen 5 9mm Glocks are fully supported. Gen 5 .40 cal Glocks are NOT compatible.

Glock 43/43X/48

  • Glock 48 / 48 MOS

  • Sig P365XL
  • With and without manual thumb safety

Walther

  • Walther PDP (all barrel lengths)

NOT Compatible

  • Sig P365 Macro — the Macro features a Picatinny-style rail unlike the smooth rail on the standard P365/P365X/P365XL. The Macro is not compatible with the Pro Holster.
  • Sig P365-380 — not supported.
  • Sig P320 — the P320 series is not supported by the Pro Holster.
  • Sig models with metal frames — any Sig with a factory or aftermarket metal frame, including the AXG and AXG Legion, will NOT fit the Pro Holster.
  • Polymer80 (P80), PSA Dagger, Shadow Systems, and other Glock-pattern aftermarket frames — “Glock analog” pistols are NOT compatible with PHLster Glock holsters. Differences in frame geometry prevent proper fit and retention.
  • Gen 5 Glock .40 caliber models — Gen 5 .40 cal Glocks will NOT fit. Gen 1–4 .40 cal Glocks are compatible.

Optics, Sights & Accessories

The Pro Holster accommodates:

  • All slide-mounted red dot optics (open-top design clears all optic footprints)
  • Suppressor height / tall backup sights
  • Threaded barrels
  • Compensators and muzzle devices (open muzzle end)

Enigma Compatibility

The Pro Holster is compatible with the Enigma OS Standard for beltless carry. The Enigma OS Standard is designed for holsters without weapon lights. If your gun has a weapon-mounted light, see the Light Bearing Enigma OS paired with a Floodlight2 instead.

Adjustment & Setup

The PHLster Pro Holster ships ready to carry with soft loops and a ModWing installed. Here’s how to fine-tune it for your body and carry position.

Retention

The Pro Holster uses fixed retention — the Kydex is precision-formed to your specific firearm model and provides consistent, reliable retention out of the box. There is no retention adjustment screw. The holster has a tactile click when the gun locks into place.

ModWing

The included ModWing presses against the inside of your belt to push the pistol grip inward, reducing printing. It comes with two inserts:

  • Short insert: Less leverage, lower profile. Good for thinner belts or if you find the tall insert too aggressive.
  • Tall insert: More leverage, pushes the grip in further. Best for stiffer belts and maximum concealment.

If you carry strong-side or behind-the-hip, you may want to remove the ModWing entirely for comfort.

Soft Loops (Included)

The included Pull-the-Dot soft loops fit 1.5″ belts. They allow ride height and cant adjustment through multiple mounting positions. The snaps are directional — press and roll from bottom to top to engage. They can be stiff when new; this is by design for security.

Clip Upgrade Options

  • DCC Monoblock: A single high-strength steel clip for 1.5″ belts. Slim, easy to operate, and extremely secure. A popular upgrade.
  • DCC Mod4 Clips: A pair of spring steel clips for 1.5″ belts. Maximum security and the lowest-profile belt attachment available.
  • Griphook Clips: Polymer hooks that allow you to tuck a shirt over the holster while maintaining a secure belt connection.
  • Soft Loop Kit: The Pro is the only PHLster holster that can accept soft loops. Replacement and spare kits are available.

Ride Height & Cant

The Pro has ten mounting points on each side, giving you extensive control over ride height and cant angle. Move the clip attachment up for a deeper ride, or down for quicker access. Adjust the angle to find the balance between comfort, concealment, and draw speed for your carry position.

Switching Hand Dominance

The Pro is fully ambidextrous. To switch from right-hand to left-hand carry (or vice versa), remove all hardware, flip the holster, and reinstall the hardware on the opposite side. The ModWing and clips mount identically on either side.

[/TAB] [TAB:FAQ]

What guns does the PHLster Pro Holster fit?

The Pro Holster fits Glock 9mm/.40 models from the G26 through G34 (including G45 and G47, but Gen 5 .40 cal excluded), Glock 43/43X/48 (MOS included), Sig P365/P365X/P365XL (with and without thumb safety), and Walther PDP/PDP-F. See the Compatibility tab for the complete list with model-specific notes.

Can I use a Polymer80, PSA Dagger, or Shadow Systems frame with a Glock Pro Holster?

No. “Glock analog” pistols like P80, PSA Dagger, and Shadow Systems are not compatible with PHLster Glock holsters. The frame geometry on these pistols differs enough from factory Glock frames that proper fit and retention cannot be guaranteed.

Does the Pro Holster fit the Sig P365 Macro?

No. The P365 Macro has a Picatinny-style rail that is physically different from the smooth rail on the standard P365, P365X, and P365XL. The Macro is not compatible with the Pro Holster.

Does the Pro Holster fit the Sig P320?

No. The P320 series is not supported by the Pro Holster.

Does the Pro Holster fit the Sig P365-380?

No. The P365-380 is not supported by the Pro Holster.

Will a Sig with a metal frame fit the Pro Holster?

No. Sig models with factory or aftermarket metal frames — including the AXG grip module and AXG Legion — will not fit the Pro Holster. Only standard polymer-frame Sig P365 models are supported.

Do Gen 5 .40 caliber Glocks fit the Pro Holster?

No. Gen 5 .40 cal Glocks are not compatible. Gen 1–4 .40 cal Glocks fit the corresponding 9mm holster (e.g., a Gen 3 G23 fits the G19 holster). Gen 5 9mm Glocks are fully supported.

Does the Pro Holster fit the Glock 47?

Yes. The Glock 47 is supported by the Pro Holster.

What’s the difference between the Pro Holster and the Skeleton?

The Pro has a built-in wedge on both sides, extended muzzle length for better balance, and a higher-profile contoured shape optimized for comfort during extended wear. The Skeleton is a minimalist, low-profile design with no added muzzle length and a compact footprint. Choose the Pro if you want maximum comfort and don’t mind a slightly larger footprint. Choose the Skeleton if you prioritize a slim profile, wear tight-fitting clothing, or want Enigma Express compatibility. The Skeleton is the only holster compatible with the Enigma Express; the Pro is not.

Can I use the Pro Holster with the Enigma?

Yes — the Pro is compatible with the Enigma OS Standard for beltless carry. Note that the Pro is NOT compatible with the Enigma Express, which uses the Skeleton holster exclusively. If you want the Pro with an Enigma, you need the Enigma OS Standard.

Why is the Pro Holster longer than my gun?

This is intentional. The extra muzzle length works like a keel on a boat, helping balance top-heavy short-muzzle pistols so they don’t tip away from your body. This improves both comfort and concealment, especially for appendix carry. The tradeoff is a slightly larger below-the-belt footprint. If below-the-belt printing is a concern (tight pants, leggings), consider the Skeleton instead.

Can I carry the Pro Holster on my hip instead of appendix?

Yes. The Pro works for both appendix (AIWB) and strong-side hip (IWB) carry. The ergonomic muzzle shape aids concealment in both positions. For hip carry, you may want to remove the ModWing for comfort.

Does the Pro Holster fit threaded barrels and compensators?

Yes. The open, rounded muzzle end accommodates threaded barrels, compensators, and other muzzle devices without modification.

Is the retention adjustable?

No. The Pro uses fixed retention. The holster is precision-formed to your specific firearm model and provides consistent retention with a tactile click when the gun seats. There is no retention adjustment screw.

Which model do I order for a Glock 45?

The Glock 45 fits the Glock 9mm/.40 holster. Select the Glock 9mm/.40 option when ordering.

Can I switch the Pro Holster between right and left hand?

Yes. The Pro is fully ambidextrous. Remove the hardware, flip the holster, and reinstall on the opposite side. All mounting points are mirrored.

What clips should I upgrade to?

The most popular upgrade is the DCC Monoblock — a single steel clip that’s slim, secure, and easy to operate. For maximum security, the DCC Mod4 clips (sold as a pair) are the lowest-profile option available. For tucked-shirt carry, Griphook clips allow you to tuck your shirt over the holster. All clip options fit 1.5″ belts.

Can the Pro Holster accept soft loops?

Yes. The Pro is the only PHLster holster designed to accept soft loops. It ships with Pull-the-Dot soft loops as standard equipment. Replacement kits are available.

How do I make my Pro Holster more comfortable?

The Pro already has a built-in wedge, but for further comfort customization, add a Wedge Rx pad. Wedge Rx is made from medical-grade materials and attaches to the smooth body-side surface of the Pro, letting you fine-tune pressure distribution and concealment angle for your specific body shape.
