Free live coaching. The Enigma Tune-Up Class is a free Zoom session where our team helps you adjust your setup on your body, in real time. Most comfort and concealment questions are settled in one session.
Real humans, fast. Ask us anything, before or after you buy. Our current average support response time is a few minutes. Contact us here.
Tackling a concealment challenge after hours or looking for a particular video or article? Ask Phil, our concealment advisor, any time of day.
Every adjustment, on video. Step-by-step product instructions cover setup, positioning, and fine-tuning in plain language.
40,000 carriers who have been where you are. The PHLster Concealment Workshop is our free community. Every body type, every experience level, fine-tuning their setups daily. Bring your questions. Check it out and get to know us and the product before ordering.
A guarantee with coaching built in. Lifetime warranty, 30-day returns. If something is not working, talk to us first: nearly every fit and comfort issue turns out to be one adjustment away. Over 15 years, we’ve seen it all. And if we can’t get you concealed and comfortable, we will take it back.

Generally speaking, smaller people and smaller guns should choose the Small wedge. Larger people, rounder bellies, and folks carrying proportionally larger guns should choose the Large. If you need something in between, the Medium should be the size for you.
The easiest way to check which size wedge you need is to fold up a sock and place it under your holster to see how much extra padding you'll need to solve your comfort or concealment problem. Check out the video and sizing images below.
Which size?
Flat WedgeRX (4.25" × 4.5") — the full-size pad. Choose this for a normal-to-large holster, a light-bearing holster, or when you want the pressure spread over as much area as possible. This is the one most people want.
Mini Flat WedgeRX (2.5" × 3.5") — the same foam and coating in a smaller footprint. Choose this for a micro or sub-compact pistol, or when the full size is bigger than the thing you are padding: a spare magazine, a knife sheath, or one specific hot spot rather than the whole holster. It also includes an 8" Velcro One-Wrap strip so it can be wrapped around a belt or buckle where adhesive Velcro will not stick.
Not sure? Hold the dimensions against your holster. If the full-size pad would hang past the edges of what you are padding, go Mini.
Neither size changes how your gun conceals — both are purely comfort. If you want the muzzle tipped out and the grip pulled in, you want the angled Wedge Rx, not a flat.
The optional Reduced Size Buckle is smaller than the Fidlock buckle included with your Enigma. It reduces the buckle span by about 50%, which is helpful for smaller users.
It works with all Enigma models, including the Enigma Express, Enigma Micro, Enigma Express Light Bearing, Enigma OS Standard, and Enigma OS Light Bearing.
If you are using a third-party adjustable retention holster with your Enigma, yes — this kit is required. It converts your adjustable retention holster to fixed retention, which is necessary for compatibility with the Enigma OS Standard.
Most non-PHLster holsters use soft rubber washers to adjust retention. These washers prevent the holster from locking up tightly to the Enigma faceplate, causing wiggle, loosening, and movement. The Fixed Retention Kit replaces those rubber washers with rigid spacers, giving you a secure, tight connection.

How it works:
Multiple spacers are included to dial in the perfect feel. Thicker spacers provide coarse adjustment from 0.125″ to 0.3125″ in 1/16″ increments, while thinner spacers let you fine-tune from there. Simply measure your current retention setting between the holster halves, select the thick spacers that get close, and add thin spacers as needed.
Kit includes: four 0.125″ spacers, two 0.1875″ spacers, and six 0.015″ spacers — compatible with most holsters using 0.250″ rubber spacers and PHLster holsters using 0.1875″ EPDM spacers.
Discreet Carry Concepts produces the most durable, tenacious, and fight-tested spring steel belt clips on the market. With an extremely low profile, the DCC Mod4 clip is one of the best conventional belt attachments available, and allows the user to tuck their shirt in between the holster and the belt for concealment in professional attire.
The MonoBlock from Discreet Carry Concepts is a high-strength, secure, steel holster clip designed for IWB carry.
Note: Always install the spacers between the clip and the body of the holster. Never install the spacers inside the holster.
The standard Modwing inserts that come with many holsters are sized inserts which are square to the belt and are optimal for use with a regular belt. The angled eMod inserts help the Enigma faceplate lay flatter, keeping the profile slick and smooth.
See the video below for full assembly instructions.
Compatible with all Enigma models.
