- Delete My Data — Remove your personal information from our systems
- Access My Data — Receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct My Data — Request correction of inaccurate information we hold
- Data Portability — Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
We respond to all verifiable requests within 45 days. Responses are free of charge. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
If You Request Deletion
Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Here is what happens:
What we delete
- Your website account and login
- Your saved addresses
- Your marketing email subscription
- Your Ask Phil chat history
What we keep
- Order records (required for tax, warranty, and legal purposes)
- Customer service emails and support tickets
- This deletion request
After deletion
- You won’t be able to log in or see past orders online
- You’ll stop receiving marketing emails
- We can still help with past orders using your order number
- You can create a new account at any time
Please note: Deleting your data will remove your customer account and order history. You will no longer be able to view past orders or access account features. This action cannot be undone.
