The Modular Holster Wedge Kit provides a variety of stackable shapes which you can use in any combination or configuration to quickly and easily get the comfort and concealment results you need, with no permanent modifications to the holster.
Each kit comes with two base pads, two spines, four half-circles, and four “bean” shapes, pre-cut hook tabs for each shape, and two pieces of adhesive loop. For a total of 12 wedge modules, this is enough to adjust two holsters, with enough modules and material left over to fine tune an extra magazine carrier or knife sheath.

The Modular Holster Wedge Kit modules come as a sheet of parts. Each module contains a proprietary viscoelastic foam encapsulated in stretchy plastic, RF welded in a fabric cover. Based on the technology from state-of-the-art ballistic helmet pads, the Modular Holster Wedges are extremely comfortable, retain their shape, reject sweat and moisture, and reduce uncomfortable rubbing and skin shear compared to other wedge materials. The fabric outer layer glides over the foam capsule and feels more like a firm gel than the typical foam wedge.

The Modular Holster Wedge Kit has a 12 month warranty. Think of them like underwear and expect to refresh or replace them after some reasonable period of time.

I’ll be honest, I was looking forward to this. I watched the “reveal” video, and I thought this could replace my single tear drop wedge that I got from Dark Star. I don’t think that’s going to happen, unless I use a lot of these Phlster wedge pieces stacked up.
Don’t get me wrong, the material of these Phlster wedges is superior, and the filling is super comfortable and forgiving. But for the price, and based on the photos, I guess I was just expecting the pieces to be bigger. You pay $40+ for a sheet of SMALL wedges, of which you’ll almost certainly need to stack multiple pieces if you need a wedge in the first place. The wedges are small enough that even the biggest ones in the sheet won’t do a whole lot for most folks, in my opinion.

Until now I used the tier1 concealed stick on wedges, they work but not my favorite…now with this systems ability to move the many pieces around to fit my body perfectly is great. I have 2 phlster pro series for the glock 17, one rigged up to the enigma system and one with snap loops for my belt. Each needed a different configuration of wedges and this has worked perfectly for that. Maybe because the pro series is already set up to fit your body comfortably, I don’t need to stack multiple pieces on top of each other to make it work. It gets rid of my hot spots and moves my holster enough for unbelievable concealment. The material of the wedges is super comfortable and there are plenty to supplied to find that right fit. The kit will keep this 5 star rating as long as the material doesn’t wear out before it would reasonably do so normally, time will tell but I’m extremely satisfied.

I bought these a few months ago and hadnt gotten around to using them. But my holster was giving me a hot spot and I bit the bullet and pulled them out.
Wow.
Install was absurdly easy and in 5 min my holster was just become so much more comfortable and easier to conceal.
