Floodlight2

The Floodlight2 is fully ambidextrous and includes a pair of super tough DCC 1.5 inch steel clips. Our patent-pending ComfortScape™ technology makes the surface of the holster feel smooth and organic, while improving concealment as well as ventilation for all-day wear.

The Floodlight2 has adjustable universal fit, and indexes on your choice of TLR-1/TLR1-HL or X300U/X300T weapon mounted light.
No other models of weapon lights are supported with the Floodlight2.

Why bare shell?

If you’re a gear hoarder like us, you might already have an existing Light Bearing Enigma, spare compatible clips, or an older model Floodlight with DCC clips already on it. We’re offering the new Floodlight2 with a “bare shell” option which only includes fresh hardware to attach your existing clips, so you don’t wind up with even more extra parts than you already have.

Do you need extra holster length?*

*If you’re carrying a longer-muzzled gun or a revolver, adding extra holster length may not be necessary for you, but for short semiautomatic guns, it’s often helpful.

Guns with short muzzles can be top-heavy and difficult to conceal comfortably. To solve this, some holsters have extra length added to the muzzle end. Like the keel on a boat, the extra muzzle length helps balance the holster, making it more comfortable and easier to conceal. This is especially true if you have a bit of a belly, which tends to push the grip out more and make the muzzle dig in.

Note that while extra muzzle length reduces grip printing, it can increase muzzle printing, which can be a concern with lower carry positions and tight fitting pants such as leggings or yoga pants.
