Enigma Wait List and Inventory
Like everyone in the gun industry, we’re struggling to keep up with unprecedented demand. We are grateful that you want our gear! Truly. As a small business, we’re scaling up as fast as possible to meet the demand, and we’re glad we have the opportunity to reach more people than ever before.
The best way to find out when the Enigma is in stock is to sign up for notifications through our wait list system.
HOW THE WAIT LIST WORKS
You can sign up for the wait list on the product page here: Standard Enigma | Lightbearing Enigma (which one do I need).
The wait list sends out in-stock notifications in batches in the order people signed up. After you sign up for the wait list, the next thing you need to do is add info@phlsterholsters.com to your e-mail program’s safe senders list so your notification email doesn’t go to spam.
I’M ON THE WAIT LIST BUT I DIDN’T GET AN EMAIL
If there was a drop but you DIDN’T get an email (check your spam folder), that means the stock sold out before your name came up. You will be moved up in the queue for the next batch of notifications.
PLEASE NOTE that the wait list does NOT notify everyone at once. If there are 100 Enigmas in inventory and you were the 101st person to sign up, you won’t get a notification. Depending on where you are on the list, there may be several drops before your name comes up. The people who signed up first get the first notifications. Notifications stop when the inventory sells out.
DOES THE WAIT LIST RESERVE AN ENIGMA FOR ME?
No. The wait list only sends you a notification email when the product is in stock. When you get your notification, go to the website immediately. Drops usually sell out quickly, so we recommend creating a PHLster account ahead of time to speed up your checkout process. If you don’t check your email often, consider forwarding emails to your text messages so you don’t miss out.
If you got an email but missed the chance to purchase, you will need to sign up for the wait list again. Emails are purged from the system after a notification is sent.
We do not accept pre-orders or back orders. The best way to get an Enigma right now is to sign up for the wait list.
HOW LONG IS THE WAIT?
Drops are larger and more frequent than ever before. Wait times will continue to decrease as production capacity continues to improve. If you miss a drop, don’t panic. There will be more! We at PHLster headquarters, and our partners and vendors, are all EXTREMELY motivated to get these to you. However, due to supply chain shortages, we cannot give estimated wait times or ETAs on Enigma drops.
DROP ETIQUETTE REMINDER
Please do not post publicly about Enigma drops. Do not encourage others to skip the wait list. We know you’re excited about the Enigma. We’re excited, too, truly. But when you post about it publicly, you circumvent the wait list system, and people who have been waiting patiently have to wait even longer when others skip the line. We encourage you to be considerate and avoid public posts until the drop is over.
